Having navigated the challenges of reentry herself, She is deeply invested in guiding the next generation of culinary professionals to reach their fullest potential, equipping them with the skills and confidence to thrive.

In addition to her experience as a graduate of the REfire program, Marissa has over a decade of hands-on hospitality management experience. She has honed her expertise in both back-of-house and front-of-house operations, having worked in various roles within restaurants and hotels. This extensive industry experience allows her to provide students with practical, real-world knowledge, bridging the gap between theory and practice and ensuring they are well-prepared for the demands of the culinary and hospitality industries.
